Two Weddings
Tim and Amy always planned two weddings. A tiny registry office ceremony, with a huge party and humanist ceremony the next day. Therefore, when Covid-19 disrupted their plans for wedding two, wedding one was still a go!
Tim and Amy postponed their big celebration, but hoped to be able to go ahead with their ceremony anyway. When the date rolled around, UK weddings were taking place with 15 only guests, however the couple made the most of their circumstances.
Let's do it all Again!
The couple attended the registry office with their best man and maid of honour. Afterwards we met them at the Sands Hotel in Sandown for some photos. Photographing weddings during the Pandemic is very different from previously. Confetti was replaced by by party poppers and everyone wore masks when inside.
We arranged family and friends into groups, socially distanced within their bubbles for some portraits and then joined the bride and groom for a romantic walk.
The couple of hours we spent with Amy and Tim, were jam-packed full of joy and love. We wish them well with their first child and cannot wait to do it all again in October!
