Marks and Spencers in Cowes held the M&S Gin Bar in association with Mermaid Gin during Cowes Week. Mermaid Gin is a gorgeous spirit, made by the Isle of Wight Distillery. It uses ethnically sourced botanicals and comes in a fully recycled, beautiful blue glass bottle. The guests at the event enjoyed gin tasters and mixology classes.

The studio is built within a 16th Century Barn on the grounds of one of the Isle of Wight’s oldest residential building and is equipped to a massively high standard.
